2. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us of any unauthorized use

3. Purchases & Payments

When you make a purchase:

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated
• Creators receive 85% of the sale price
• Prices may change without notice

4. Content Guidelines

You agree not to upload content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains harmful or malicious code
• Is misleading or deceptive

5. Intellectual Property

Content creators retain ownership of their prompts. By uploading, you grant Promptly a license to display and sell your content on the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

Promptly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
